What is booked in
Diary
Every enquiry somebody marked as booked, soonest first. There is nothing to keep up to date here — a date appears because one of you said an enquiry turned into work.

Yours to change
Your site
Opening hours
Shown in the footer of every page, on the studio page, and given to Google for the “open now” line in search results.
Whose books are open
Close your books and you come off the enquiry form, so nobody writes to you asking for something you can't take. Your page says so too.
Waiting to be told
People who asked to be told when someone's books open. They gave an address for that and nothing else.
What is switched on
All of this is off until you want it. Nothing appears on the public site, and no email goes to anybody, from a switch you have not turned on yourself.
A notice on the site
One line across the top of every page. Holidays, books opening, a day you're shut. Turn it off when it's done.
The automatic reply
Sent to anyone who fills in the enquiry form, straight away. They get their own name at the top and the studio address at the bottom — these are the two paragraphs in between.
Words on the site
Anything you change here replaces what's on the site. Leave a box as it is and it stays as it is.
